All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended by 3-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium cycling components with our 15-Day Performance Guarantee. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be present
  • Proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following components if they show signs of installation or use:

  • Brakes – if mounting hardware has been used
  • Chainrings – if any signs of chain engagement are present
  • Pedals – if cleat marks or installation marks are visible

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

    • Request type (return or exchange)

    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our cycling-savvy support team will respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • A copy of your return authorization email

Important: Use a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after we issue it.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll be charged the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective component (which is rare for our precision-engineered products):

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or import duties on returned items
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
