Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following components that show signs of installation or use:
- Brakes (if mounting hardware has been used)
- Chainrings (if any signs of chain engagement are present)
- Pedals (if cleat marks or installation marks are visible)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our support team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our cycling-savvy support team will respond within 48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (96 Lancaster Way, Preston, GB PR6R 8OQ)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include:
- The original packing slip or order confirmation
- A copy of your return authorization email
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days after we issue it).
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective component (which is rare for our precision-engineered products):

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import duties on returned items
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
